Acest eveniment a fost initiat din dorinta de a identifica noi directii de imbunatatire a pregatirii si formarii cadrelor didactice din mediul preuniversitar, al responsabililor si decidentilor de la anumite niveluri ale sistemului educational.

Profesori pre-universitari, pedagogi, psihologi, didacticieni, cercetatori, doctoranzi, studenti si cei interesati de formarea cadrelor didactice preuniversitare sunt invitati sa propună comunicari stiintifice in plen si in sesiunile clasice de lucrari, sa se inscrie la sesiunile si workshopurile asociate in acord cu preocuparilor lor.

Pretuim contributia fiecarui participant la constructia unui nou mediu de crestere personala si profesionala, sa expuna modele de bune practici didactice, si/sau sa participe, ca auditoriu, in scop formativ, reflexiv.

International Interdisciplinary Conference of Pre – University Teachers CICDP LUMEN 2022, Iasi, Romania, November 24th, 2022 develops as an event associated with World Empowering LUMEN Congress On Multidimensional Education | WELCOME22, 22-26 November 2022 | Iasi, Romania & online worldwide, initiated as a concern – of the organizers and the community in the field of education with which LUMEN interacts – on the didactic professionalization.

This event was initiated out of the desire to identify new directions to improve the training and education of teachers in the pre-university environment, the responsibilities and decision makers of certain levels of the educational system.

Pre-university teachers, pedagogues, psychologists, didactics, researchers, doctoral students, students and those interested in training pre-university teachers are invited to propose scientific communication in plenary and in the classic work sessions, to register for the associated sessions and workshops, their concerns.

We value the contribution of each participant to the construction of a new environment of personal and professional growth, to expose models of good didactic practices, and / or to participate, as an audience, for formative, reflective purposes.
