Start here to submit an abstract to this conference:

Step 1: download and fill-in the Registration Form


Step 2: Join the LUMEN Submission Platform and click on Make Submission

Fill in all the required information there, and set a Password. After you finish and click Make Submission, you will receive a registration ID.

Step 3: You go back to OpenConf Home, and click on Upload file

Step 4: Using the Submission ID you had received, and the Password you set, you can now upload the Registration Form you filled in Word format.

Step 5: You will receive a notification e-mail that your submission was successful. Now, one of our colleagues will check your submission, validate it, and send you further information on e-mail.


Abstract selection process | 

All submissions are subject to peer-review selection. The submitted Abstract will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee, in order ensure compliance with the specific Conference themes, the technical compliance of the template for the Book of Abstracts, and the adherence to the criteria with regard to constructing the abstract, as laid down by the organizers: purpose, methodology, own contribution, results, conclusions.

We will evaluate the relevance of the submitted abstract in terms of the accordance with the Conference theme and to the international context in the field.
